Butan, Dubok, or TTsKO. This camouflage originally was developed by Soviet Union in 1981' and since then became one of the most common camouflages of Armed Forces in all ex-soviet countries, after the collapse of Union. There's whole spectrum of variants, with each freshly independent countries adopting their own versions, etc.
Ukraine adapted this camouflage, as their main pattern in 90s and wore it, well until 2010s, if not longer being probably the last user of TTsKO. Ukraine made many different colour scheme and variants of this camouflage as seen here.
