Wojska Ochrony Pogranicza (Border Security Army), was part of Polish People's Republic Army basically it was a separate type of army resposible for protecting borders and conducting normal 'border' activities, such as points checks, patrols and customs. This exact patch belongs to 'Pomorska Brygada' with unique design showing an eagle with crown, something rather 'unorthodox' for PRL standards.
